Becoming a
host family
Are you ready to make a positive impact on the life of a student? We are an international student agency proudly based in Surrey, BC, Canada, specializing in welcoming students from Japan. We care for each student like they are our children, offering 24/7 support to ensure their success and well-being.
We are seeking warm and welcoming host families in the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas of BC (especially in the locations listed below) who are ready to open their homes and hearts to international students. We understand that cultural differences can sometimes make everyday life feel challenging for both you and your student — but don’t worry, we’re here to support you every step of the way. You can reach out to us anytime, day or night.

We would like you to:
-Provide 3 meals a day.
-Provide a furnished (a bed, a chair, a desk and a dresser) private room.
-Spend time with your student.
-Provide an English language environment.

☆One month program

☆Students in the area come in Sept or Feb for Secondary school.
☆Long term and short term options are available.

Currently Seeking Homestay for:
Female High School Student – Surrey Central area
When: February 2026, for 1–3 months
Allergies: Cannot live with dogs or cats (pet-free home required)
Transport: Direct bus to Surrey Central; she will travel to and from school on her own

Urgent: High School Students – Agassiz & Harrison Area
- When: Feb 13- Mar 15, 2026
- Will travel to and from school on his/her own
If your family—or someone you know—is interested in hosting an international student, please contact us for more details.
Male High School Student – Yale Secondary Area
Activities: Plays on a baseball team
Transport: Needs a direct bus commute to school (ideally within 30 minutes)
Support: Occasional help with rides after late practices or games (around 9 PM)
Will travel to and from school on his own
