Becoming a
host family
Are you ready to make a positive impact on the life of a student? We are an international student agency proudly based in Surrey, BC, Canada, specializing in welcoming students from Japan. We care for each student like they are our children, offering 24/7 support to ensure their success and well-being.
We are seeking warm and welcoming host families in the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas of BC (especially in the locations listed below) who are ready to open their homes and hearts to international students. We understand that cultural differences can sometimes make everyday life feel challenging for both you and your student — but don’t worry, we’re here to support you every step of the way. You can reach out to us anytime, day or night.

We would like you to:
-Provide 3 meals a day.
-Provide a furnished (a bed, a chair, a desk and a dresser) private room.
-Spend time with your student.
-Provide an English language environment.

-Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs
from FEB-MAR/2026
☆One month program
☆Two months program (January – March)

-Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Coquitlam
☆Preferably WALKING Distance to SkyTrain station.
☆Short term (two weeks) to Long term (three years) stay.
-Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge & Pitt-Meadows, Abbotsford
☆Students in the area come in Sept or Feb for Secondary school.
☆Long term and short term options are available.

Currently Seeking Homestay for:
・High School Student – Surrey central area (short term)
Details:
1-week stay: Tuesday, September 23 to Monday, September 29, 2025
Male student, polite and independent
Please provide 3 meals a day and a furnished private bedroom
This student will be visiting schools and baseball teams, as well as participating in practices to decide which school and baseball team he will join for the next school year
・High School Student – Yale Secondary Area (Sept 2025 Start)
Details:
High school MALE, polite and independent
Plays on a baseball team
Needs a direct bus commute (ideally within 30 minutes) to school
Occasional help needed with rides after late practices/games (around 9 PM)
Will travel to and from school on his own
